French Headquarters - Perry Miniatures

As part of a larger Perry order I grabbed the 'Napoleon and Staff' collection. It's fun to have some recognizable figures/personalities on the board. I actually had already painted a napoleon I grabbed out of a box at a convention, so I handed this new one off to a local gamer who didn't have one (and therefore *needed* one).

I probably could have crowded more figs onto one base, but I figured this was good enough.

  1. Nice work Dave- you are really cranking out the minis these days.

    1. I tend to build up a big pile of finished stuff I never get around to taking photos of...or suddenly finish a large lot. The posts get parceled out as I finish writing them up. This was a fairly productive sprint though. =)

  2. Excellent work on these. I separated the Perry Russian High Command pack in a similar way as to 'extend' their usefulness.
Really nice to see your work on the Naps.

    1. Thanks Doug. I could see large vignette's being cool......but I want more stands for gaming. Also, they probably wouldn't fit well on the small base footprint...

  3. They'll be easier to pick out on the tabletop with only a couple figs per base. Good work.

    1. Haha. Yes, these are important men, no need to hide their greatness with masses of troops near them.
